TWO people have been charged after a man’s body was found in woods in Rossendale.
Jayne Hartley, 40, and Adrian Limb, 29, both of Burnley Road, Rossendale, were charged with “preventing a lawful and decent burial” and will appear at Burnley Magistrates Court tomorrow morning.
The body of Andrew Loveday, 26, of Bacup, was found by dog-walkers in a wooded area off Burnley Road, Loveclough, yesterday afternoon.
A post-mortem examination has been carried out and although an exact cause of death has yet to be established, police believe he died of a suspected drugs overdose.
